I went to her for help in a custody case.. she took my case and the check for 2300 dollars never filed any paperwork in court never got my child's mother served papers never did nothing except get drunk drive an get suspended without ever telling me anything. Swears that they tried getting in contact with me, but never left any voicemail ,never an email , no mail delivered to me or my mom, who's info they had also. I wanted my money back because frankly what did she do?? I'm yet to hear back after talking to her secretary I'm assuming, multiple times. if you want to hire someone who won't hesitate to put you in a worse spot than u were before hiring her then go on ahead
After excepting 2,300 dollars to get my child's mother served to get a court date. After 8 months of us waiting to here the outcome. She says that she had been trying to fet intouch with both me an my mother. We had no missed calls or txts or emails or mail. Its been year an 9 months now an still no court date. Never served her papers ive literally been in the same position. Jus 2,300 dollars broker. I've went to her office e left messages. Gave my number email an my mom's an email. Her receptionist says she will have her get in contact an not once has she. I would like my money back at this point. I could use it to help get in a vehicle since I wreck my truck. Or send to child support. I went to her for help an she helped herself to the money an left me an her end of it in the dark an incomplete. Refund the money if you not a crook
