When you have questions or need to speak to your attorney, you must set up an appointment for a time for them to call you back. It is usually about 2 weeks after you call that you get an appointment. Then the attorney doesn't call you at the appointment time. Sometimes it's an hour before or 30 after, and if you miss the call you have to reschedule.
