during covid times have been tough, made even more so by tenants who (due to no financial hardship at all) have refuse to pay rent. all well intentionally deciding to cause damage to the property because "I know you cant kick me out so i can and do what ever i want". Brian was able to mediate and get my renter(squatter) out with little conflict and save me thousands in additional rental income, i would have lost out on with all the eviction moratorium uncertainties we are finding ourselves faced with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only does this attorney have just the worst attitude towards anyone he deems as less fortunate, but one of the ladies he has serve papers for them entered INTO my home after realizing myself, my minor autistic child and my husband weren't home. We called to try to figure out this woman's name and to let the staff know their servers are just entering homes uninvited, and we're told we should've just paid our rent. (We are on DSS, this landlord gets their rent from the county) so we had to file charges against this woman for criminal entry. Beware of this attorney.
