Hired Attorney

I'd give no stars if I could. He took me for $11,500 in just about 2 months time. His very first filing was against our wishes and waived a court date I had worked hard to set & we told him 3 times in writing we wanted to keep it - one of which HE ANSWERED he would do whatever we wanted him to do and he caved to the other side anyway! This was how he worked our entire case. He did nothing. Our evidence was digital & video - but he brought no laptop, only a cell phone he spent most of the first trial date texting on while we had our rights trampled on the stand - and not a rebuttal, not a shred of evidence placed, barely any questions or cross examines - and often using the same question over & over - but he charged me over 6k for reviewing all my evidence to tell me none of it can be used (I had proof of the other side abusing my son on video - and a transcript he had me buy too - he didnt use any of it) He had them with perjury but didnt even submit the evidence. He sold us out.
