Hi my name is Manuel Paul Souza I wanted to know if u could help me with. A case with the cru worker can u make a with no evidence n the case was case closed it all happen with a cru worker name Kevin Mason told his crew that he seen a ice pipe in my hands behind a tarp but went the cru crew came to me there was no e legal around me n they still took me in n the next day let me loose and case closed 1 year after that I had a warrant for 3000 for the same case it has been from now they have arrested me 3 times n beaten up badly 3 that I have broken ribs now it hurts really badly n now I have a other warrant can u please help me

Nice guy but when it came to fighting my case he was incredibly forgetful. My case sure could have/ should have turned out better.

His colleagues or paralegals might tell you the truth. Don’t go in by yourself have a witness. Two conversations and he still didn’t know anything about the law that I already looked up new exactly how the money could come. He botched it lost millions.

A third rate attorney that still relies upon Hawaii State Bar Association to get clients. His contracts are exceptionally one sided giving him the power to walk away from a case with out reason or to force you to settle so that he does not have to expend any effort. Do not believe his marketing ploy of how he sticks up for the underdog, it is just a shtick to get clients in the door. It appears that if he can't settle the case quickly, he dumps it, which is high unethical.
