Jon was very nice, easy to talk with and also very professional. We were referred from a big law firm since they couldn't take care about us due to a small case. Many other lawyers whom I had consultation with said it won't be possible to recover the costs that my mother incurred by the accident from the hospital. So many of them didn't take time with us and just said you just need to ignored the bills. So, we almost lost hope to recover the costs and pay the significant bills to the hospitals. However, Jon did not give up and negotiated with other lawyers for a long time, and finally we received the satisfied amount of compensation. Thank you Jon for helping my mother in Japan. I highly recommend him!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Jacobs and his team. They helped me resolve all legal matters after a terrible car accident. Not once did I feel alone; they kept up with everything and worked extremely hard to get me the best possible deal. Speaking with them was a breeze and always a pleasant time even though it was under unfortunate circumstances. I actually don’t even live in Hawaii, I live in NJ, and even then it was very easy and stress-free. Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to work with such a great group of people.
