Hired Law Firm

On May 11th, 2019 I was hit by a motorist while riding my bicycle here in Honolulu. Several friends directed me to the Law Offices of Eric A. Seitz here in Honolulu, saying that he and his law firm would represent me in the very best light and champion my case as I filed a lawsuit against the motorist who crashed her car into me. It has now been 3-years and 7-months since that incident and it has been 3-years and 3-months since I signed a “contingency agreement” with Eric Seitz founder/owner and CEO of the Law Firm of Eric A. Seitz. Seitz turned to one of his staff, Della Au Belatti, Esq. to handle my case. I am here to say that he, and she, have “dragged their feet” for these past 3+ years… numerous unanswered phone messages I’ve placed along with Emails to them, me having specific questions regarding my case. They have been unresponsive treating me like the “little fish” whilst paying attention to their “bigger, more lucrative fish”… Living with pain is hellish… ⭐️
