Consulted with, but didn't hire. Mrs. Nakamura was available for my case, but after speaking with several other Hawaii attorneys it became clear that she is very problematic as an attorney and is especially difficult when dealing with locals. I was surprised to hear this, but upon meeting with her it became clear that Mrs. Nakamura is not professional or organized at all. I asked for a different attorney and recommend others do the same
Mrs. Nakamura never returned my calls or emails, and after missing several deadlines I had to switch to a different attorney. I was still charged by her, despite her performing no work whatsoever on my case. She didn't even apologize, she just said she was too busy with other cases to work on mine.
