I happened to come across the law office of Kelly Guzzo back in Aug of 2024 and I was so glad I did. I knew I needed some help with a matter I wasn't too sure about until she took the case and I then realized how happy I was that she did. My case ended on a very positive note and with that said I would highly recommend this office for any legal issues that they may be able to help you with, when it comes to consumer law I have no doubt they will be there to do the absolute best they can for their clients. Pat McNichol was outstanding, he resolved a bank fraud problem (fraudsters stole large sums of money using teller checks) where the bank locked us out for weeks and was non-communicative and impossible to reach. He was very creative and sophisticated and before we knew it we got everything restored and could finally move on. Excellent communicator! One of the best lawyers I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and I'm a 30-year lawyer).

Ms. Kelly did a wonderful job in handling a COVID related credit card case that I spent 6 months trying to resolve myself without success.  When I asked Ms Kelly to help me, she immediately said that she could resolve the matter in short order, which at first astounded me. My initial contact with Ms Kelly was around the first of February 2021 and she had completely resolved the issue in my favor by the first week of May 2021, a remarkable 3 month time frame.  All of the derogatory late payments on the 3 credit bureau reports one by one disappeared as did the erroneous balance on the closed bank credit card.  In addition, my FICO scores returned to where they were before this nightmare began in May 2020.   Ms Kelly knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. She was very professional, understanding and responsive to my questions during this time period as well.   Needless to say,  I would definitely and highly recommend Ms Kelly.
