Ms. Noborikawa focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation. She is admitted to the Hawaii Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
Ms. Noborikawa has been selected to the Hawaii Super Lawyers® “Rising Star” list in 2024, in the practice area of business litigation.
Ms. Noborikawa has also been selected as a 2024 "Emerging Legal Star"by Hawaii Business Magazine.
Prior to joining Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher, Ms. Noborikawa was a litigation associate in the D.C. office of a multinational law firm. While there, she worked on a variety of complex commercial cases in federal and state courts across the country, as well as various government investigations and matters involving congressional oversight.
Ms. Noborikawa earned her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors. During law school, she was a legal intern at the United States Department of Justice, Admiralty and Aviation Tort Litigation Branch, as well as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, serving the Chambers of the Honorable Reggie B. Walton.
