Mr. Hart earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah,

where he earned an Outstanding Achievement Award for Trademark & Unfair Competition. During law

school, Mr. Hart externed with the Salt Lake County District Attorney's office as well as Hawaiian Electric

Company.

Before law school, Mr. Hart graduated summa cum laude from Ashford University (now part of the

University of Arizona Global Campus) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
