Jon was very nice, easy to talk with and also very professional. We were referred from a big law firm since they couldn't take care about us due to a small case. Many other lawyers whom I had consultation with said it won't be possible to recover the costs that my mother incurred by the accident from the hospital. So many of them didn't take time with us and just said you just need to ignored the bills. So, we almost lost hope to recover the costs and pay the significant bills to the hospitals.
