John Robert Egan is an experienced Immigration Attorney, and has served as the Chairperson of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Hawai'i Chapter in 2008-2009. His immigration law practice experience includes 2½ years as supervising attorney of the Refugee and Immigration Law Clinic at the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa (UHM). His university teaching experience includes five years developing curricula and teaching about Humanitarian Law and Assistance in the Program on Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance at UHM. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Hawai'i Pacific University.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
