We were referred to Mr. John D'Amato by David Simon. We are so glad we had Mr. D'Amato to represent us in our case. We were having issues with my husband's employer in providing us with medical coverage after having worked for the company for 31 years and 9 months. We gave Mr. D'Amato all the information we could at time of first talking with him to see if he would take on case. After a few phone conversations with him, he agreed we had a good case, that was at the end of 2019. We supplied him with all the necessary information he requested.
