Great lawyer and got the job done just needs to communicate a little more and he would be perfect.
He didn't seem to be doing anything until right before the second hearing. He'd already lost my first case for exactly the same issues. It seems like he was waiting until enough time had passed so that his cut would be substantial enough for him to bother with. Then he did very well. We won. I am receiving monthly checks since December. He got his cut last month in March but I have not received a penny of the back pay. His office has called twice to remind me of the $300 I owe them.
