Working with Mr. Goodin was extremely frustrating! While he does have a good command of the law, his reluctance to explain issues is a major drawback. When asked a question he would often respond, "Let me research that" and even after billing for the research, the question would not be answered. If a tough question was asked via email, that email would never receive a response. He is a poor negotiator. He is not an advocate for the client. It was our impression that he was more concerned with being liked by his colleagues than upsetting them by taking an uncomfortable client position. In summary, I would not hire this person again.
