VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, POOR COMMIUNCATION, COURSED MY CASE MORE MISERABLE THEN IT SHOULD BE. NOT HONEST ABOUT THE BILLLINGS. NOT GENUINE, NOT ENOUGH TIME WORKING ON MY CASE. BAD RESULT, BAD EXPERIENCE.
Terrible Attorney! he was more concerned about if there was anymore money than what I stated. When i complained about his excessive billing, he said they were working hard on a strategy, and that he told me that it was perfectly normal for an Attorney to Bill for 3% of your net worth. The last month he was on vacation but assured he was working hard on my divorce case, and billed for 12k and did nothing.
Horrible experience! Paul never executed any Divorce strategy. He put most of his effort in invoicing.He continued throughout the process to volley paperwork between attorneys with absolutely no value to the case. When questioning him on his actions or inactions he would say they were being thorough or it was part of the process and even admitting that his invoices reflected inefficiency's on there part.I paid out close to 70k in fees to him over a 10 month period.
