I've witnessed Attorney Wooten's practice of law for over 30 years in the Hawaiian Community...not only has he taken an abundance of cases to trial, viz. civil rights, car accidents or military matters) for legal Justice for many in this community, but he has also been a leader in providing a needed and objective legal footprint upon local issues via social media platforms...for legal advice, Atty Wooten is the one.
This man is totally incompetent. Does not return phone calls or follow-up on case. My case was dismissed because he let statute run. Does not keep good calendar system. Routinely 30-45 minutes late for hearings, etc. Only concerned about the retainer. Very poor reputation in town. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this beneficiary of Affirmative Action loser.
He misses important deadlines and produces work full of errors. He can't remember anyone's name and shows up late. He failed to file a complaint against a key defendant, ruining my case. He makes excuses but never makes it right.
I requested a Certificate of Divorce and sent via Western Union his fee and never received the certificate and he has not returned calls and e-mails. He took my money, as a cheap crook would do.
Mr. Wooten collected many thousands of dollars of fees from me, did nothing. His work was full of errors, low quality, off-base, always late, and completely incompetent. He is living in the shadow of his amazing grandfather, but has done him shame. This lawyer is unable to complete even the simplest of tasks. If you want to write the brief, legal documents yourself, make many calls with no return, loose money faster than in Las Vegas, and get no results, just excuses, then chose this 'attorney'.
