I went in for a consultation on a quiet title and left being told it could cost 2k or 10k and may not get it resolved at all. Decided to go with my personal atty. Just got a bill from his office for $260.00 what the hell did he do besides give me a 50/50 outcome. Glad I made the right decision and moved on. What happened to free consultation and since when does it cost 260 for less than an hour for an atty in small a town homedale Idaho. Boise most HIRED attorneys are $240 an hour. Rob
What does this lawyer do beside scam people out of their money, I am also not happy with this guy, He can't even get a person out of a parking ticket,the only thing that this is great at is taking your money, even after the bill is paid.. This is someone who should have his license pulled
Had to fire him and hire an Attorney in Boise... Best move ever ! I wouldn't let him represent me for a traffic ticket because you would end up on death row...a true public pretender...
I would not recommend Russell to anyone. He never helped me. He never answers any calls, it’s always his secretary. He ignores people when trying to communicate. He is the main cause of me losing my children in the foster care system. He was just a horrible attorney in my opinion.
Russell Metcalf was recommended to us by another attorney. He was overpriced and simple paperwork was messed up and his office wanted to nickel and dime us to fix his screw up. I had to drive to his Homedale office to sign corrected paperwork or I was going to be charged for him to come to Nampa. Girl in office inept and rude. Never again. We almost lost our home because of his screw up. No apology from him or his office.
