Lawrence William Luttrell is a law firm established in 1999 with an office in Holmdel, NJ. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing criminal defense, driving while intoxicated, traffic violations and 12 other areas of law.
This Lawyer was a HORRIBLE! He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US NOT KNOWING ABOUT OUR SITUATION. He LIED LIED LIED HE FIRED HIS SECRETARY OR ASSISTANT THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE BC SHE BROUGHT CASE FILE & it had stuff in it I NOW UNDERSTAND- HE SOLD MY HOUSE WITH OUT ALL THE TITLES TO THE PROPERTY AND THEN (RE)CHARGED ME AFTER( to get my $$ out of trust account) I DID ALL THE WORK TO FIND THE TITLES( which is illegal to sell a house w/o all the titles)THE RELATOR WHO ADVISED( to use HIM) WAS INVOLVED IN ALL THE BAD CRAP THEY PULLED! He STOLE SO MUCH $$ from my credit instead of paying it off he said it was the buyERS lawyers job-who was to pay off my bad credit( LIE)- he put a bankruptcy on my credit that we NEVER HAD! I LEARNED AT LAST MIN so I saved my self 1000. but he took thousands from me! Also they FORGED MY SIGNATURE SO BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!KNOW & RESEARCH B4 u deal w/ anyone SPECIALLY HIM- I WAIT FOR THE DAY HE GETS CAUGHT & I read about him in the papers!
Outstanding lawyer with exception abilities and friendly disposition.
Extremely incompetent law firm. The paralegal is absolutely nasty and produces very low quality work. Luttrell is a bumbling disorganized hot mess. Impossible to get him on the phone after paying the retainer. The man lies about everything and grossly overbills you. He doesn't even get the job done you hired to do. Luttrell bills you for everything, even though his paralegal does 90% of the work. The guy cannot even show up to court on time. He was almost 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Inexcusable.
Be prepared to be grossly overbilled hours for very little work that will not benefit your case. Be prepared to settle your case, as Mr. Luttrell will do anything to avoid trial. Be prepared not to get the result he claims he can deliver on. Be prepared for him and his paralegal to completely ignore all correspondence from you. Be prepared not to see any legal documentation they generate until after it's submitted to the court, refusing you to allow any review beforehand. Be prepared for his firm to do everything last minute and to be of very low quality. Be prepared to terminate #LastMinuteLarry Mr. Luttrell is the most unprofessional, incompetent, and deceitful attorney I have ever hired in my life. After you first speak with him, upon hiring, he seems good. Then you get the retainer, and you do not hear a word from him. Crickets from the law firm. He is impossible to get in touch with, as his office staff will not transfer you to him or set up an appointment for you.
Total worthless no idea what he's doing don't know how to talk to his clients never answers calls or return them all about the money charges twice for things which should of been done first time went to ligation never asked what we wanted ended up paying for defense lawyer even though he was guilty gave him over 10000 dollars still not done going on 3years now
