After a difficult search to find a great prenup lawyer I was recommended to Seth. He drafted my prenup in 2004 and it was challenged in 2016 in the state of Massachusetts. This caused years of complications but the prenup withstood and was eventually found valid and enforceable by the Supreme court (I am skipping that it was also found valid and enforceable by the probate judge, a special master and the appellate court) When my MA attorneys had questions or needed Florida case law Seth was fast to supply the information to back up his prenup. I am lucky to have found him and after the hell I have been through I recommend having a video tape of the signing, an affidavit that the other signer had a lawyer and by all means keep your separate money separate! Joint accounts are never to be commingled with your separate money.

Horrible experience. I spent thousands of dollars and he did absolutely nothing. I would have been better off representing myself. Literally nothing has been done. It is evident he could care less about his clients. Zero empathy.
Seth completely let me down.. Based on the final result of my divorce mediation, he unfairly represented me. It appeared he was on my x-husband's team. I was married 26 years and had a fair divorce settlement. Just 10 years after the divorce was final, my X sued for remediation. Seth allowed him to walk away with millions while I have no security or alimony. Seth is not always what he seems ~ for whatever reason, this attorney let me down.
