Michael Palahach’s 40 year career has resulted in an umbrella of expertise that covers civil litigation and personal injury, with particular emphasis on jury trials and Federal Court litigation.

A true leader in his field, he is of valued counsel to the firm as one of the country’s most respected trial lawyers. Mr. Palahach has been recognized by numerous national review boards in the industry and received many prestigious awards.

Mr. Palahach is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Mr. Palahach received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he played for the Florida Gators Football team from 1966 to 1969. Mr. Palahach is admitted into Federal and State Bars.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
