Jacob Auerbach is an associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office. Mr. Auerbach defends employers before administrative agencies and trial courts in all aspects of employment litigation for violations of federal, state and local laws. Mr. Auerbach also represents employers with regard to claims and lawsuits relating to the Fair Labor Standards Act, minimum wage, equal pay, unemployment compensation, workers' compensation retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Auerbach worked as a criminal defense lawyer in Weston, Florida.
Mr. Auerbach earned his undergraduate degree in health sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2006. He received his Juris Doctor in 2010 from Nova Southeastern University where he also served a member of Nova's Law Review.
He is admitted to practice within state courts within the State of Florida and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
