Mr. Miller's work in resolving our condominium matter was exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to fight corrupt boards. He was able to force the Condo to settle very quickly after filing suit.

Eric J. Miller offered me a hybrid fee structure after I told him I couldn't afford full payment upfront. I accepted within a reasonable time. He then withdrew those terms, citing "new clients," and demanded full payment upfront - terms he knew I could not afford. When I pointed out this was effectively refusing my business, he ignored his own unethical conduct and gaslighted me by saying my response to him withdrawing his offer is why he didn't want my business. Another reviewer on Lawyers.com states Eric J. Miller abandoned his own client mid-case and left them holding the bag. Case No: 2024-021828 CA-01 Now look at what he did to me: made promises, pulled them when something "better" came along, and blamed me for reacting. This is not a one-time mistake. This is a pattern. He is unstable. He is unreliable. He is unethical. He will use you until he doesn't need you anymore, then discard you and make it your fault. Do not trust this man with your case.

This lawyer engaged in forum shopping in a case where he represented an alleged child groomer living in Israel. see mdc case . 2024-021828 CA-01, he filled a lawsuit asking for prior restraint and 10,000,000 million dollars in damages. He claimed the case had to be heard in MIAMI because the Defendant lived in Miami. That was the only connection. Before the hearing he quit the case with no plausible explanation leaving Shlomo Nizahon and Daniel Saltzman to clean up his mess. The end result Case (The Eric J. Miller) authored was dismissed. Eric offered no compensation to the Defendant who spent over 12K to fight this frivolous case, then bragged that if he were to be sued he knows all the Judges.
