In 2017 Irma went right over our home and wrecked our roof here in Naples, FL. Since then, it has been Alex J. Zatik and Michael Cassel who fought for us and our home over many years. We learned so much about the process of fighting for what we paid for (homeowners premiums, thus coverage) and with their help we FINALLY settled a few weeks ago. When we put in the claim, the insurance company denied our claim in 4 days. I have a big home and it is an huge expense BUT we paid for coverage right?
