He is a good lawyer and explained to me what was going to happen or what did happen in terms I understand. He was well prepared for our hearings and was quick with rebuttal from the opposite side. He also gave me advice on what to do and where to get help for something he was not able to take on because of schedule conflicts, and told me what lawyer to use for it.
We hired him for a child custody case. All went well in the beginning then he was out with covid for a few weeks right before our hearing. Instead of postponing til he could be on top of his game he consulted with my son just 2 days before the hearing. We had no idea they retained a lawyer and a few other things. He should have postponed then. 2 days later he went to court and advised my son to take a deal that will hurt my grandaughters well being. Instead of starting off visits slowly IN OUR STATE the lawyers deal was short sighted and can cause long term damage mentally and or physically to my grandaughter. My grandaughter needs her mother but only if she got the help she needed. The lawyer talked a big game before court of things he would do to keep my grandaughters saftey in check but failed miserably.
Zang cannt handle hard case and his secretary tell you what to do before you talk to Ed and see what's my options. He does listen to me. He listing to the other lawyer more then his client. Secretary acts like your lawyer.
