Hired Attorney Joseph Addink

I had my first interaction with Attorney Addink a few weeks ago. My legal concerns involve a complicated and time sensitive child custody case with many moving parts and many different parties. This attorney listened to me wihout interruption, analyzed the case, cited case law and laid out the directon that we needed to take in an effort to expedite matters.I called him on several occasions with questions and concerns. He responded quickly and definitively. Ultimately, the outcome remains with the decision of the court but, at least I know, I could not be in a better hands than with Attorney Addink Lawrence S Levinson MD

I was truly amazed by what this firm did for me and my case. I had no idea how to navigate the judicial system and the consequences could have been life changing. After they mapped their plan out for me, I was confident that I was in good hands, which turned out to be true. I have no doubt that if I chose any other firm the outcome would have been grim. Everything we were told, did not happen. Atty told us the judge would not rule, he did. Atty told me we would have more custody, we did not. We could have skipped the entire atty representation and come out the same at the end of the trials. Atty said it would take 6 months, took 1.5 years to resolve. Every time Atty went to court, we had to pay more money. Be careful what you sign up for! Buyer beware.

Hired Attorney Terry Despoy

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars. Hired Terry over 6 years. 1) Overcharges for calls. Your call is 12-20 mins, charges for the hour. 2) Made multiple errors while working my cases including not scheduling the correct discovery hearing so i missed work to attend a hearing that made no difference in my case and cost me $500. 3) When the discovery hearing was rescheduled, he failed to notify me although I sent an email 2 weeks prior to the hearing to see if the hearing was rescheduled. 4) Worked previously with opposing counsel and it felt like there was some collusion going on to keep their meal tickets paying money and case not moving. 5) One conference Terry between opposing counsel, a judge and him was only a phone call between Terry and opposing counsel. Only reason i found out was because he told me i could call in. When i tried to call his cell phone there was no answer, I called the courthouse only to find out no conference scheduled
