Hired him to do a trust! Signed paperwork paid.. he didn’t do it!!! Took my money though! Wouldn’t return calls! Awful! I’m in my 70’s and this is a disgrace to his profession! He won’t return calls or emails. I’m so disappointed!
Honestly, I would have rated Michael a zero if that were allowed. I met with Michael in April to prepare some estate planning docs. My first warning sign should have been the complete appearance of disarray in his office, which is a room in a strip mall. My second warning sign should have been when he entered the room and sat down and asked me what I wanted without even introducing himself. We hada cordial meeting. He asked me to give him a few weeks to get back to me with a draft. After hearing nothing, no calls, no emails, nothing, for 6 weeks, I decided to call his office. I placed several calls over a period of weeks and left messages with his paralegal each time. One day, I finally reached him. He said he had been sick the week before and would send me drafts later that day. Nothing was ever sent. I left more messages over the next several weeks. After nine+ weeks, Michael has called me zero times and sent zero emails to me. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive.
