W. Trent Steele was born in Staunton, Virginia, but has been a lifelong resident of South Florida. He has been practicing law for over 25 years and specializes in residential and commercial real estate law, estate planning and probate law, and business law.

In his role as lawyer, adviser, counselor and advocate, Mr. Steele is committed to providing aggressive, competent, cost effective and caring representation for his clients.

He has also served as an officer or board member of the following civic and charitable organizations: Alternate Board Member, Town of Jupiter Island Employee Grievance Committee, 2007-present; Town of Jupiter Island Representative, Martin County Citizen's Round Table, 2007-present; Treasurer, VSA Arts of Florida, 1992-2003; President, Comprehensive AIDS Program of Palm Beach County, 1986-2000; Board Member, Florida Stage, 1994-2000; Member, Town of Palm Beach Code Enforcement Board, 1994-1996.

In addition, W. Trent Steele is the President of the Board of FoundCare (Foundation for Comprehensive Community Care, Inc.) which is dedicated to meeting the health care needs of the medically under served and uninsured residents of Palm Beach County. FoundCare is building the first of its kind health care facility in West Palm Beach to address these issues which will provide adult and pediatric care, a pharmacy, dental center and wellness center all under one roof.

Mr. Steele's commitment to the community has been recognized by the following organizations: Palm Beach County Bar Association, Cultural and Civic Activities Committee Award, 1991; Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, W. Peter Burns Memorial Award, 1993 and Community Service Award, 2001; Comprehensive AIDS Program of Palm Beach County, Inc., Lifetime Achievement Award, 2006; American Institute for Public Service, Jefferson Award-Palm Beach/Martin County, 2007; Metropolitan Community Church of the Palm Beaches, Ruby Slipper Award, 2007. My wife and I recently found ourselves in a situation involving a real estate transaction where I stood to loose many thousands of dollars through the negligent actions of the manager of the community in which I lived. If you have a difficult real estate case, you need Trent Steele law firm and his staff as they are well prepared for any problem. My case started over Five years ago, I went to one law firm and after a year was recommended to go to Trent Steele because of his expertise in real estate law. Upon reviewing my case Attorney Steele's office filed necessary motions with the opposing attorney which the previous law firm did not do. Over the many problems that were raised by the attorney for a roofing company, Attorney Steele and his office kept me in the loop at all times. After five years my case was finally settled. At the end of the hearing the Judge ordered the attorney for the roofing company to file the final order. Attorney Steele's para legal Heather discovered that the order was not removing all liens (3) and all Le Pendens (2) and had to correct that order All my phone calls and emails were answered in a timely basis. I would highly recommend this law firm

I was away on long term business trip and had a tenant that was not paying rent or utilities and treating my long term girlfriend and 5 year old son very unprofessional and disrespectful. Me being over 900 miles away and unable to do anything found great comfort speaking with Heather. she explained all of my options and what we could do and the odds of each situation working in my favor. after deciding on a course of action I acted quickly. I ended up getting him removed form my home as fast as possible. As I hope that I never have to request Steele services, if I did I would feel confident that all matters would be handled as swiftly and as close to my desires as possible. Thank you all so much. We needed an attorney to help us through a complex real estate purchase. We were a bit embarrassed that we were contacting them part way through the process; but the staff proved to be welcoming and professional. We contacted them because the reviews for their offices were great (under Steele Law Offices). We felt better after speaking with them; and they started working for us immediately. In less than a week, our problems were resolved. I would highly recommend them.

Trent did an amazing job for me. I would have been totally lost without the assistance of him and his incredible staff. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. But mostly, he helped to get my situation resolved when dealing with an opposing law firm with no moral values and deceitful (to say the least) practices.
