this lawyer tells you one price for closing and then after all aspects of the closing are completed and the checks written, he will then send you additional bills after the closing, that he "forgot to tell you about".

My real estate agent hired Mr Going to sell my home for $1,950,000. He was one of the most incompetent lawyers I ever encountered- my career was in the court system and dealt with lawyers daily, and was married to one. He was rude, arrogant, dismissed any questions I had, and presented me my closing statement to sign and expected me to sign it within ten minutes- no questions asked! He and his staff treated me like an imbecile. Def do NOT recommend him!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
