Hired Attorney

Lester Oshiro filed an Informal Probate for my step-son whom I'm listed in my late husband's Will as the Executor so I would chose another lawyer who has caused me such hardship and suffering. By making my step-son the Executor without any Notice or Hearing as Registrar of the Court in Hilo, Hawaii Mr. Oshiro has b r o k en all Hawaii Laws and needs to be FIRED. I probated my late husband's Will in California for my step-son for his inheritance he received after I had to hire a private attorney. This "lawyer" is the pits! Find a BETTER lawyer who's honest and will do due diligence in ensuring fairness in all estate matters, so dishonest, not trustsworthy & not educated to be in Hilo Court as anyone working there unless he was the janitor. This is co$t me $5,000+ to Probate in Cali. & it's not over yet from 2019 so with the fraudulent papers from China (no I.D.) against HI Law filed by Hastings Law Fir it's Corruption at Hilo Courthouse. I wasn't given any Notice making it illegal.

Hired Attorney

Don't hire Lester who's not honest who stole $$ and my Estate with all of his shady dealings. Not to be trusted this scandal needs to be in jail in Hilo, Hawaii where he belongs instead of working at the Hilo Courthouse as a thief, a traitor to Hawaii Kingdom and should be banished from the State of Hawaii to head back to Oregon or any other state just not the Aloha State with evil spirits he possesses. WORST in liars!
