Hired Attorney

Good ideas working with this lawyer was a nightmare. He left his client sitting in county jail for 3 years before he got him to trial. He refused to call any witnesses AT ALL, although he had a DNA expert ready to testify, two alibi witnesses, and a victim who repeatedly said that Potter's client was NOT one of the perpetrators. Potter's client was found guilty. And before sentencing Potter informs his client that he's moving and it doesn't want to handle his case anymore he'll hand it over to another attorney. Throughout this ordeal Potter refused to let his client see his discovery, refused to file motions, refused to return phone calls, refused to visit his client. Due to the seriousness of the charges that this man was convicted of he will spend the rest of his life in jail for something he did not do. Potter knows who did do it, he admitted to it. And yet he will not stick around and clean up the mess he made. Do not have this man as your attorney. He will send you to prison

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
