About Drake Hood

While he now represents people injured by accident, misconduct and malpractice, Drake Hood has thirty years of experience representing hospital systems, physicians, attorneys, and major corporations in complex wrongful death and serious injury litigation. Throughout his career, Drake tried numerous cases to verdict for the defense, achieving successful outcomes in multi-million dollar disputes. Today, he leverages his courtroom experience on behalf of individuals and families harmed by medical malpractice, birth trauma, and significant injury, channeling his advocacy skills to support those facing life-altering challenges. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
