Hired Attorney

I have used the services of B. J. Garland for several ongoing matters for 6yrs. I am always impressed by her professionalism and ethics, as well as the rapport I have observed between her and numerous other attorneys. Even in my early dealings with her I have never felt like a case, but as individual in which she has taken personal interest in finding a fair solution for. I will continue to use her services because of her straightforwardness and exceptional ability to set realistic expectations

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
