Did a fanstatic job. He did amazing things and got my disability without me being there. I was lost and couldn't find the appeals office and when I finally got there it was all over and we had won.

Catherine Hapner was recently appointed as guardian ad litem for a case and was extremely unprofessional as to her role. She acted as a lawyer, but lied about many things and painted a very negative picture in order to make herself feel better. She spoke to one of the references and then lied in her report about the testimony that was provided. This woman does NOT have the best interest of children at heart, but seems to enjoy a sense of superiority when dealing with parents. I will be reporting to disciplinary board.

My severely mentally ill son was appointed Catherine hapner she did nothing to help him she did not return none of my calls she was rude to me shut her door in my face when I tried to speak to her today before my son's court hearing she wouldn't give me 2 minutes I was trying to become power of attorney over him she didn't even go over and speak to him about it She didn't enter his medical records to the court Only went to the jail twice to speak to my son One of which was yesterday to have him sign papers for a plea bargain he didn't even remember speaking with her yesterday he didn't understand anything the judge was saying in court she wouldn't speak up and say anything for him the only thing she done was say that my son obviously suffered mental health issues and taxpayers dollars would be better off spent If he was sent to a mental health facility for treatment I was trying to become power of attorney today She didn't even go over and talk to him about it I wouldn't hire

Kathryn Hapner was not at all accessible. Rude,lies,sarcastic and very demeaning. Missed court dates, did show up at one appearance extremely unprofessional as well as her performance. Will be reporting to disciplinary counsel. Did nothing more than steal money for me.
