Wegmann Law Firm is a law firm established in 1948 with an office in Hillsboro, MO. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing civil litigation, trial practice, appellate practice and 33 other areas of law.
Mrs. Mikale was the GAL for my children. She was a strong advocate for their wellbeing and I couldn't have asked for more. She was professional and unbiased. I felt that she genuinely felt that she had my kids best interest in mind at all times. I would definitly recommend.
Working with Jessica was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and did not encourage me to go after things that where not attainable just to make money of me. She is always prepared.
She is one of a FEW attorneys that will tell you that you could do some things on your own. Most attorneys that I had to deal with would tell me that I couldn't do anything without them...which means much more of a cost. If you need an HONEST attorney, please contact Jessica Mikale!!

I've always found Mr. Tesreau to be accurate in his answers, willing to admit and review information when he doesn't have an answer immediately, and very personal and professional in his attorney-client relationships.
BEWARE - WARNING - if you get his law firm! I am perplexed on how this law firm got a 4.7 rating. This court appointed law firm DESTROYED my relationship with my children all the while I had to pay them. Told my children that I abandoned them, I was a monster which is a complete lie and created false pretenses. My children are in extensive counseling because the trauma this law firm caused all from being biased and taking my ex husbands side. They DO NOT CARE about helping families reunite or what is in the best interest of the child, they only ruin lives! It's all a sham! What a waste of a law degree to ruin lives all while getting paid! I hope karma gets every single one of you involved.
Money hungry and easily paid off (if you have enough money) That’s the best way I can put them. Should have their licenses revoked to practice law because they are nothing short of malicious. GAL are supposed to have the best interest in the children and Jessica and others with this firm absolutely do not. They don’t answer calls and they don’t want to help. The next generation coming through the court system with their representation will fail. If I could give negative stars I would because you don’t even deserve the one star. You are failing these children and should be 100% ashamed of yourselves. Mothers and fathers save yourself the trouble and headache find anybody else because this firm will put your kid through psychological detriment. Also, if you are in any form of dispute over your children in court (whether you’re mom or dad) and Jessica is your GAL, you need to agree to disagree and REQUEST A NEW ONE.
We hired James M. Kreitler for an estate matter. I wouldn't recommend his services. He doesn't respond thoroughly to emails regarding the bill and sometimes won't respond at all. He doesn't thoroughly answer a question and then says he will charge you for any more questions regarding a bill. I have questions about my bill but can't ask them sine he will charge me and file a motion with the court for me to pay him. He basically is a lawyer who nickel and dimes you and won't work with you to help you come to a resolution.
