I've used Robert's Wooten and Zimmer two times, and my fiance has used them twice as well (one time was for both of us). The first time, I worked with Mr. Charlie Wooten after I was injured in a car accident. He got me 25 times the amount the insurance first offered. He kept me informed the whole time (mind you this took over a year) and answered all my questions. The second time I needed a lawyer was for an unlawful eviction. We used Matthew Leonard, who works for the firm, and he is the absolute best. We ended up moving out any way because we were being harassed by neighbors, but Mr. Leonard could have easily won the case. The other time my fiance used Mr. Leonard, he won his case too. My fiance is currently using another firm (for a case involving those neighbors harassing us) and we really regret not going with Roberts Wooten and Zimmer. At the time, we were just in a state of shock and everyone was saying to go with this other firm, but we should have stuck with who we knew.

Hired Attorney Kevin Roberts

I can't stress enough how much I regret retaining his services. His advise and recommendations are the absolute worst. Please heed this review and look elsewhere. He's quick to take your money, but you will definitely not get your money's worth. I consulted with three other attorney's concerning a different case in another county I had, all three were absolutely dumb founded I was represented by an attorney concerning a conviction he recommended I settle for.
