My custody case started as a basic matter but once initially settled the father tried modifying every few months. Brian worked with me financially and both he and his staff ALWAYS took my calls. Unlike most attorneys, they never billed me for reaching out with last minute questions/concerns and always did their best to put my mind at ease. Had it not been for him and his staff I don’t know that my case would have turned out as good as it did!
He is a nice guy and he lets you make payments but as far as being your lawyer. He does not have a clue. The GAL recommended him so that's why i contacted him. He was late to court always and didn't have any idea what was going on with me or my case.The DFS caseworker even said "I cant believe Brian didn't say or do anything to help you in court" $1500 down the drain and he keeps billing me for $400 more!
Not once did he ever get back with me on any matter. Not once did he make a phone call in my behalf. Not once did he stay in touch with the Guardian ad litem.. even saying that I need to make the calls. Never knew nothing of my case and if I had a question, I got told by Janet she would let him know.. then nothing in response.
During my last court hearing, we were in agreement nothing had been settled. Only to find out that he went into the hearing room and signed off that I had agreed.
