Scott was pushed on me to handle a small real estate closing. He never responded to my emails or questions. Provided zero value but still charged me a lot of money apparently just for the privilege. The ONLY email or call I ever received from him was the day before closing after I asked him what work he did to earn all those fees. I still don’t know what he did but had no other option once he sprung his fees on me at the last minute. I would’ve paid more for real representation.
