Tamara Jordan is a partner in the firm’s Denver office where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including defending and conducting fact and expert depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and negotiating favorable as well as optimal resolutions for clients. She focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, and first party bad faith litigation. Additionally, Tamara practices employment law, representing employers in a wide range of employment-related matters, as well as professional liability cases.
Tamara received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and practiced in Florida for nearly 10 years before relocating with her family to Colorado. She is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Colorado state courts. Tamara is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and District of New Mexico.
