Hired Attorney

Jeff has been representing my ex-husband since December 2020. Unfortunately I have watched my ex go downhill with drinking the past 4 years. He takes my daughter to bars with him thinking this is acceptable because there are games at the bar for my daughter to play. Meanwhile, my ex gets drunk and then drives my daughter home. I begged Jeff to help and get through to my ex. I felt my ex-husband would listen to Jeff. I begged to have something put in writing that my young daughter should not be taken to bars. I had hoped Jeff to do the right thing to protect my daughter. My ex has gone completely gray and lost half his hair in 4 years - Jeff must see the toll alcohol is taking on my ex. I wish no one to go through this. Unfortunately, Jeff failed to protect my 9 year old daughter.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
