The Seller said that he paid the real estate taxes on the home for the year. So I was told to cut seller a check to reimburse them for that amount. It turned out the seller did not pay the taxes. Mr. Beschel did not check with the County to see if the taxes were paid. Which they were not. Then there were penalties on what was owed and I had to pay the penalty amount because Mr. Beschel said it was the sellers' attorneys fault not his and I strongly disagree.
Jared handled a real estate closing for me and I regretted his hiring. I should have at least googled him first. Tons of negative reviews. He did the same to me as he's done to others -- he overbilled me, belittled my questions, and delayed the process. Stay away.
