Hired Attorney

When we hire a lawyer, we are putting our very sensitive matters into their hands. We don't know the procedures or the law to the point of being able to really know if they are doing the best for us that can be done. That is why it is crucial for an attorney to first listen to us, then be able to explain in a way that we can understand how our situation fits with whatever laws may apply (and some just don't have this ability) , work with us to develop a strategy, do what needs to be done expertly and in a timely manner, and communicate each step to us so we don't wonder what is going on. Brad Martin is EXACTLY this kind of attorney and person. He does not have to force any of these behaviors because it is in his DNA, which I really like because I know they will all be executed with the utmost precision and efficiency. I wish every attorney was like Brad and I highly recommend him.
