It’s been a long haul since a car crashed into my automobile from behind, leaving me hanging from the seatbelt of my demolished, overturned vehicle. I’m thankful to be nearing the finish line. The only sad part of this is saying goodbye to all at the Landau firm who have worked so hard on my behalf. I came to Mr Landau a few weeks after my injury on Oct 9th 2018. Since then him and his team are the best I've seen to truly care about a honestly injured client. Him and his team had won my case and did my family right by getting a decent settlement. I had major back surgery and my family suffered so much for 10 months before he won our case Aug 2nd 2019. It was 10 months of hell as we almost lost our dream house to foreclosure, literally. The surgery was a huge part of my case. I have some permanent damage to my nerves but I eventually will be able to possibly get back to some extent my original work. Things are different now , but at least the settlement will keep our family alive for a few months till I recover. But this law firm is the top of list for any injury somebody sustained at work. These insurance companies will spend more money to get out of it instead of just taking care of the client, me.If you need a top notch WC lawyer, Mr Landau and his team will go to great lengths.
Taking the time to explain what to expect, then answering all of my and my husband's questions made the legal process much more manageable for us. Mr. Landau even gave us copies of decisions in actual cases he had won just like ours. He gave us his newsletter -it had a list of all of the court dates where we could see him actually try a case similar to ours. So we actually did this since we never heard of any doctor or lawyer inviting people to come see what they do for real. He was amazing.
