We needed someone in Mercer County PA immediately and we live in Florida. Called several Attorney's either no response or could not fit us in. Called and spoke with Erica who was GREAT! After our talk and speaking with Attorney Wenger(free consultation by phone) we were hoping he would help, as 2 young children were involved with a very short time frame. He agreed to take our case and hit the ground running. We traveled to Pennsylvania on a holiday weekend our case was Tuesday. They were in contact with us during our trip, even with it being a holiday weekend not just about case, but to make sure we where ok. He was really prepared even with the short time frame and WE WON THE CASE !!!! After case ended he made sure everything was taken care of and stayed in contact on our trip back to Florida. Working with this lawyer was a great experience! Price was right and he explained everything throughly to me! You can tell he actually cared about my situation and I felt he went above and beyond with the case! Was fast and responsive! Takes multiple ways to pay as well! Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area and definitely will be coming back if anything else arises for me but that’s definitely not anytime soon lol!

Mr. Wenger is a amazing attorney!!!! He is devoted and driven and was there every step of the way. He talks you through the process and helps his clients understand what all is involved with there personal case. He kept checking in with my personal well being as well, making sure life was going good and everything was continuing to improve as my case went through the process. He goes above and beyond what is expected and made sure that every option possible was covered. He knows the law and how to handle to system. Following a botched MSA, which was corrected after almost two hours of begging, I received a final invoice from Wenger Law. The secretary twice assured me that it had been audited for accuracy. When I asked questions, however, I was dismissed and then provided with this communication from the attorney “In reviewing the billing, I noticed an oversight: my time, up to and including the preparation for and attendance at the October 27, 2023, hearing, was not billed. If there is a dispute regarding the $2,754.00 balance, I am prepared to revise the billing for accuracy. Otherwise, the firm seeks only the outstanding balance.” After confirming twice that the invoice was correct, I was basically told to shut up or they would add more charges. Nothing illegal going on there…..
Took money and did not provide any services. Refused to communicate about refund. Office staff kept hanging up. Had to file complaint with PA Bar Association. Unprofessional and deceptive. Please find different attorney.
He really rates a 0. Unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy. Takes your money and runs. Does not fill his obligation in helping you at all.
