Mr Kelly is a remarkable attorney and human being. When other attorneys had little confidence in my case Mr Kelly reviewed the details and was confident in the facts and his ability to seek a settlement. The case did settle and Mr Kelly was always a persistent litigator and all around great person. I would strongly recommend Mr Kelly and his staff to handle any legal matter that presents.
There was a definite lack of communication with the Kelly Firm. We had a long, drawn out case and we only spoke to them less than 10 times. It was hard to get return phone calls or even emails.
