Mr. T. told my parents, sisters and me in 2009 that my parents could qualify for $2500/month from the Veteran's Association for daily living skills care since my father was a World War II veteran. My parents paid him $10,000 and there was never any doubt from Mr. T that he could deliver what he verbalized. It is 2015, both parents have died and no money has ever been paid to them. Our family suffered greatly.
