He may easily screw up your case. Hired Jon David Rogers as my attorney was my biggest mistake ever. I hired Jon David Rogers representing me in a civil case on a flat-fee contract. In my case, (1) He lied to me that he had legal experience in handling conspiracy and defamation cases, and actually he never had;(2) He lost very important case files which resulted in my 5 year lawsuit being dismissed; (3) He lied under oath that his client had been “…pled guilty, and served on probation…”. Actually the case he referred to was dismissed; (4) He hide many very important court orders from his client to cover up his failure for mess up the case; (5) He has very poor motives for the lawsuit and was unresponsive for over two months after I signed him up and paid him; (6) He got emotional easily especially when I asked about the case. My opinion: Hiring Jon David Rogers as your lawyer is high risk to your case.
After I paid retainer to Jon Rogers, he then vanished for 66 days until I called him to report the Davidson Circuit court as attorney of the record on August, 2016. He constantly late to the court hearing, and shown completely unprepared to the case. He concealed Judge’s order which warning him the case will be dismissed if he failed the third time to cure the deficiency to amend the case. My case has been dismissed because Jon Rogers' incompetency. He was disciplined twice by Tennessee Board.
Wow where to begin... I wish I could say I was surprised at this loser has been disciplined, but I could have seen this coming a mile away. I hired Mister Rogers a few years ago to represent me, and I have never been more disappointed in the service I have received from a professional. This poor excuse for a lawyer was constantly late to court, if he even showed up at all, disheveled sweating and completely unprepared.
