This attorney is unethical in his dealing with the clients he serves. He is about as crooked as all attorneys who legally practice law, a law liscense is nothing more than a legal liscense to steal. Save your money and look elsewhere and don't even count on the board of professional responsibility, their just as corrupt as the attorney's they are sworn to protect the general public from.
MR LLOYD TATUM ESQ, TOOK MONEY FROM ME, AND USED IT TO REPRESENT, ONE OF HIS ASSOCIATES A CONVICTED FELON WHO HAD PREVIOUS TIES TO MR. TATUM WHO ALLOWED MR. CAMPBELL TO USE THE UPSTAIRS OFFICE TO SCAM OTHER VICTIMS OF HENDERSON TN, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. THE MONEY MR. TATUM RECEIVED FROM ME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE USED AS A RETAINER FOR ANOTHER LAW FIRM ON ONE OF MY CASE. MR TATUM USED IT FOR HIS CLOSE FRIEND WHO DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO SETTLE THE SUIT AGAINST MR. CAMPBELL, AND USED THE 30,000 TO SETTLE THE SUIT. I CALLED AND CONFRONTED HIM AND HE BECAME UPSET AND LATER ACCUSED ME OF SLANDER. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A HONEST AND ETHICAL ATTORNEY, WHO HAS HIS CLIENTS BEST INTEREST AT HEART. HE EVEN HAD MR. CAMPBELL WHO HE DEFENDED POST A POSITIVE COMMENT ON GOOGLE REVIEWS.
This man has to be the most useless, unethical, EXTREMELY lazy attorney in the entire state of Tennessee. He is VERY unprofessional, does not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner, and he is unsure of most everything that he supposedly "specializes" in. His biggest concern is when he will get paid, as he only cares about money rather than actually doing his job. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Lesson learned!
