Pathetic, disgusting, incompetent. This is the type of person that gives all lawyers that slimy reputation. Absolutely no respect for his clients. ("I don't care, I'm just getting paid no matter what" he said when I offered to make things easier for his client) This middle aged man driving a dirty minivan and wearing a suit that is one size too small (Gain some weight recently? Or was it a Goodwill suit?) with a 5 o'clock shadow on Tuesday morning at 9:30 just screams "success", right? He's like Saul Goodman in the very beginning, it's embarrassing. Look at his office, he can't even afford rent in a cheap town. Complaints are being filed with the NC state bar against this man. There is no reason you could possibly need to use his services unless you simply cannot afford anything else.
